Duc’s Recipe for Success

Sometimes it can be refreshing to return to restaurants that have been around a decade or two. They are generally comfortable in their own skin, have lost most of the pretentiousness of youth and seem, to me, to have a strong sense of place.
Duc’s Bistro is one such place. With a beautifully balanced menu of Vietnamese and French food, Duc’s remains something of a secret after all these years.
